But from the very first breath, a bucket is placed in our hands. And slowly, often unconsciously, those around us begin to fill it. They pour into it their fears, their wounds, their unhealed traumas. Sometimes gently, sometimes harshly\u2014but always from the weight of their own unfinished healing.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: left; font-size: large;\">\nAnd so the bucket grows heavy. It becomes the burden that teaches us to hide, to shrink, to silence our own needs. We learn to abandon parts of ourselves just to survive. We turn away from our bodies, numb our pain with food, drink, distractions\u2014forgetting the sacred truth of who we are.\n\nBut this is not where the story ends.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: left; font-size: large;\">The real journey\u2014the warrior\u2019s path\u2014is to return to the self. To tip that bucket over, to look at what we\u2019ve carried, and to choose differently. It is the work of gathering every lost, abandoned part of us and calling it home with love.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: left; font-size: large;\">\nWholeness is not about erasing the hurt. It is about weaving it into our becoming. It is the rebellion of remembering who we were before the world told us who to be.
